Using the zip or rar file 1.Download str24res.dll 0.3.1281.0
2.Extract str24res.dll 0.3.1281.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract str24res.dll 0.3.1281.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting str24res.dll 0.3.1281.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract str24res.dll 0.3.1281.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place str24res.dll 0.3.1281.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 str24res.dll 0.3.1281.0 and press Enter.
