Using the zip or rar file 1.Download str9eres.dll 0.3.1281.0
2.Extract str9eres.dll 0.3.1281.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract str9eres.dll 0.3.1281.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting str9eres.dll 0.3.1281.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract str9eres.dll 0.3.1281.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place str9eres.dll 0.3.1281.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 str9eres.dll 0.3.1281.0 and press Enter.
