Using the zip or rar file 1.Download suutil.dll 4.2.0.5799
2.Extract suutil.dll 4.2.0.5799 from .zip. We recommend that you extract suutil.dll 4.2.0.5799 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting suutil.dll 4.2.0.5799.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract suutil.dll 4.2.0.5799 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place suutil.dll 4.2.0.5799 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 suutil.dll 4.2.0.5799 and press Enter.
