Using the zip or rar file
1.Download svcprop.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract svcprop.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract svcprop.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting svcprop.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract svcprop.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place svcprop.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 svcprop.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
