Using the zip or rar file
1.Download swonce.dll 8.0.0.196
2.Extract swonce.dll 8.0.0.196 from .zip. We recommend that you extract swonce.dll 8.0.0.196 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting swonce.dll 8.0.0.196.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract swonce.dll 8.0.0.196 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place swonce.dll 8.0.0.196 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 swonce.dll 8.0.0.196 and press Enter.
