Using the zip or rar file 1.Download sysinv.dll
2.Extract sysinv.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract sysinv.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting sysinv.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract sysinv.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place sysinv.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 sysinv.dll and press Enter.
