Using the zip or rar file
1.Download 000491CCce.dll
2.Extract 000491CCce.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract 000491CCce.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting 000491CCce.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract 000491CCce.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

6.Reboot your computer.
