Using the zip or rar file
1.Download 264dsse.dll
2.Extract 264dsse.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract 264dsse.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting 264dsse.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract 264dsse.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place 264dsse.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 264dsse.dll and press Enter.
