Using the zip or rar file
1.Download 3607A1E.tmp360net.dll
2.Extract 3607A1E.tmp360net.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract 3607A1E.tmp360net.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting 3607A1E.tmp360net.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract 3607A1E.tmp360net.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
