Using the zip or rar file
1.Download 3608600.tmp360net.dll
2.Extract 3608600.tmp360net.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract 3608600.tmp360net.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting 3608600.tmp360net.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract 3608600.tmp360net.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place 3608600.tmp360net.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
