Using the zip or rar file
1.Download 38a1ea.dll
2.Extract 38a1ea.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract 38a1ea.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting 38a1ea.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract 38a1ea.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place 38a1ea.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
