Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AeccWin32Utils.dll
2.Extract AeccWin32Utils.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AeccWin32Utils.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AeccWin32Utils.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AeccWin32Utils.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AeccWin32Utils.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AeccWin32Utils.dll and press Enter.
