Using the zip or rar file
1.Download acc16krc.dll
2.Extract acc16krc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract acc16krc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting acc16krc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract acc16krc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place acc16krc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 acc16krc.dll and press Enter.
