Using the zip or rar file
1.Download aipq1c1v.dll
2.Extract aipq1c1v.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract aipq1c1v.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting aipq1c1v.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract aipq1c1v.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place aipq1c1v.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 aipq1c1v.dll and press Enter.
