Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AS3ADSVCACheck.dll
2.Extract AS3ADSVCACheck.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AS3ADSVCACheck.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AS3ADSVCACheck.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AS3ADSVCACheck.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AS3ADSVCACheck.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AS3ADSVCACheck.dll and press Enter.
