Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ActionString.dll
2.Extract ActionString.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ActionString.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ActionString.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ActionString.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ActionString.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ActionString.dll and press Enter.
