Using the zip or rar file
1.Download L7ToDbve.dll
2.Extract L7ToDbve.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract L7ToDbve.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting L7ToDbve.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract L7ToDbve.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place L7ToDbve.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 L7ToDbve.dll and press Enter.
