Using the zip or rar file
1.Download actbar2.ocx
2.Extract actbar2.ocx from .zip. We recommend that you extract actbar2.ocx to the installation directory of the program that is requesting actbar2.ocx.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract actbar2.ocx to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place actbar2.ocx in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 actbar2.ocx and press Enter.
