Using the zip or rar file
1.Download assign2binsc.dll
2.Extract assign2binsc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract assign2binsc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting assign2binsc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract assign2binsc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place assign2binsc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 assign2binsc.dll and press Enter.
