Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpzpp5mc.DLL
2.Extract hpzpp5mc.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpzpp5mc.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpzpp5mc.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpzpp5mc.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpzpp5mc.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpzpp5mc.DLL and press Enter.
