Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AStLibrary.dll
2.Extract AStLibrary.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AStLibrary.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AStLibrary.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AStLibrary.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AStLibrary.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AStLibrary.dll and press Enter.
