Using the zip or rar file
1.Download argb2bgra.dll
2.Extract argb2bgra.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract argb2bgra.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting argb2bgra.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract argb2bgra.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place argb2bgra.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 argb2bgra.dll and press Enter.
