Using the zip or rar file
1.Download askPopStp3.dll
2.Extract askPopStp3.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract askPopStp3.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting askPopStp3.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract askPopStp3.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place askPopStp3.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 askPopStp3.dll and press Enter.
