Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AS3MethodBUI.dll
2.Extract AS3MethodBUI.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AS3MethodBUI.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AS3MethodBUI.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AS3MethodBUI.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AS3MethodBUI.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AS3MethodBUI.dll and press Enter.
