Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AcAuthEntities17korres.dll
2.Extract AcAuthEntities17korres.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AcAuthEntities17korres.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AcAuthEntities17korres.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AcAuthEntities17korres.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AcAuthEntities17korres.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AcAuthEntities17korres.dll and press Enter.
