Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AecXUIBaseHelp.dll
2.Extract AecXUIBaseHelp.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AecXUIBaseHelp.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AecXUIBaseHelp.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AecXUIBaseHelp.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AecXUIBaseHelp.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AecXUIBaseHelp.dll and press Enter.
