Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AutoUtils.dll
2.Extract AutoUtils.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AutoUtils.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AutoUtils.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AutoUtils.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AutoUtils.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AutoUtils.dll and press Enter.
