Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Avdecoder.dll
2.Extract Avdecoder.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Avdecoder.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Avdecoder.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Avdecoder.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Avdecoder.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Avdecoder.dll and press Enter.
