Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ai10dplayds.dll
2.Extract ai10dplayds.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ai10dplayds.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ai10dplayds.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ai10dplayds.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ai10dplayds.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ai10dplayds.dll and press Enter.
