Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ai16splayds.dll
2.Extract ai16splayds.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ai16splayds.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ai16splayds.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ai16splayds.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ai16splayds.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ai16splayds.dll and press Enter.
