Using the zip or rar file
1.Download avcenter.dll
2.Extract avcenter.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract avcenter.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting avcenter.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract avcenter.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place avcenter.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 avcenter.dll and press Enter.
