Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ACRR16C.dll
2.Extract ACRR16C.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ACRR16C.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ACRR16C.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ACRR16C.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ACRR16C.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ACRR16C.dll and press Enter.
