Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AT.BASE.dll
2.Extract AT.BASE.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AT.BASE.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AT.BASE.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AT.BASE.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AT.BASE.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AT.BASE.dll and press Enter.
