Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AVMap.dll
2.Extract AVMap.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AVMap.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AVMap.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AVMap.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AVMap.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AVMap.dll and press Enter.
