Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AeccContextTabRules.dll
2.Extract AeccContextTabRules.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AeccContextTabRules.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AeccContextTabRules.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AeccContextTabRules.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AeccContextTabRules.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AeccContextTabRules.dll and press Enter.
