Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AgGC68XXWrapperUtility.resources.dll
2.Extract AgGC68XXWrapperUtility.resources.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AgGC68XXWrapperUtility.resources.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AgGC68XXWrapperUtility.resources.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AgGC68XXWrapperUtility.resources.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AgGC68XXWrapperUtility.resources.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AgGC68XXWrapperUtility.resources.dll and press Enter.
