Using the zip or rar file
1.Download advpn.dll
2.Extract advpn.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract advpn.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting advpn.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract advpn.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place advpn.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 advpn.dll and press Enter.
