Using the zip or rar file
1.Download av550about.dll
2.Extract av550about.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract av550about.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting av550about.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract av550about.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place av550about.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 av550about.dll and press Enter.
