Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AVSVideoStabilizer.dll
2.Extract AVSVideoStabilizer.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AVSVideoStabilizer.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AVSVideoStabilizer.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AVSVideoStabilizer.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AVSVideoStabilizer.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AVSVideoStabilizer.dll and press Enter.
