Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AecbXPipeBaseEnu.dll
2.Extract AecbXPipeBaseEnu.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AecbXPipeBaseEnu.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AecbXPipeBaseEnu.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AecbXPipeBaseEnu.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AecbXPipeBaseEnu.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AecbXPipeBaseEnu.dll and press Enter.
