Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Axd4MeritechSigma.dll
2.Extract Axd4MeritechSigma.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Axd4MeritechSigma.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Axd4MeritechSigma.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Axd4MeritechSigma.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Axd4MeritechSigma.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Axd4MeritechSigma.dll and press Enter.
