Using the zip or rar file
1.Download activeTAPI.Telephony.WinCfg.dll
2.Extract activeTAPI.Telephony.WinCfg.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract activeTAPI.Telephony.WinCfg.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting activeTAPI.Telephony.WinCfg.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract activeTAPI.Telephony.WinCfg.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place activeTAPI.Telephony.WinCfg.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 activeTAPI.Telephony.WinCfg.dll and press Enter.
