Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ai6bplayds.dll
2.Extract ai6bplayds.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ai6bplayds.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ai6bplayds.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ai6bplayds.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ai6bplayds.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ai6bplayds.dll and press Enter.
