Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ax5r32n.dll
2.Extract ax5r32n.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ax5r32n.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ax5r32n.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ax5r32n.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ax5r32n.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ax5r32n.dll and press Enter.
