Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AcamlUtils.dll
2.Extract AcamlUtils.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AcamlUtils.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AcamlUtils.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AcamlUtils.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AcamlUtils.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AcamlUtils.dll and press Enter.
