Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ActivePIMgr.11.0.dll
2.Extract ActivePIMgr.11.0.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ActivePIMgr.11.0.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ActivePIMgr.11.0.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ActivePIMgr.11.0.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ActivePIMgr.11.0.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ActivePIMgr.11.0.dll and press Enter.
