Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AdminNLD.dll
2.Extract AdminNLD.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AdminNLD.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AdminNLD.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AdminNLD.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AdminNLD.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AdminNLD.dll and press Enter.
