Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AgilentLicenseNotifier.XmlSerializers.dll
2.Extract AgilentLicenseNotifier.XmlSerializers.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AgilentLicenseNotifier.XmlSerializers.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AgilentLicenseNotifier.XmlSerializers.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AgilentLicenseNotifier.XmlSerializers.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AgilentLicenseNotifier.XmlSerializers.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AgilentLicenseNotifier.XmlSerializers.dll and press Enter.
