Using the zip or rar file
1.Download acdb18rusres.dll
2.Extract acdb18rusres.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract acdb18rusres.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting acdb18rusres.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract acdb18rusres.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place acdb18rusres.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 acdb18rusres.dll and press Enter.
