Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ai23dplaydd.dll
2.Extract ai23dplaydd.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ai23dplaydd.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ai23dplaydd.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ai23dplaydd.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ai23dplaydd.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ai23dplaydd.dll and press Enter.
